Shipping, Refunds, Fulfillment
All alcohol orders are processed and fulfilled by Longhorn Wine & Spirits. The checkout functionality is provided solely for the convenience of our consumers. Longhorn Wine & Spirits does not sell, offer to sell, or solicit sales of alcohol through the site. Longhorn Wine & Spirits markets it’s alcohol on its website and offer customers a checkout buy button iframe embed to https://www.av-alc.com/usa/ where customers can buy the product from a licensed retailer. The offer to purchase the alcohol ultimately is from the Retailer. If you decide to purchase the alcohol, you make the payment to the Retailer and the Retailer fulfills your order, including the delivery of the purchased alcohol. This arrangement is not meant to facilitate any improper furnishing of inducements by any manufacturer, importer, supplier, wholesaler or distributor of alcohol to any retailer of alcoholic beverages or to facilitate any improper exclusionary practices by any alcohol beverage licensee. This service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions.
Shipping is carried through UPS to states where permitted. A signature of a person who is 21 years of age and older is required for delivery. We do not sell to anyone who is less than 21 years of age.

Shipping of express orders will abide delivery times set by UPS. Express orders are prioritized by our retailer store but please understand we might be busy to process and ship your orders on the same day we receive your order, so allow up to 3 days for processing and then we will hand it to UPS to handle the rest.

Please open a support ticket with our agents to review your refund case at sales@LonghornWineAndSpirits.com If you have just placed an order and it has not shipped yet, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees our marketplace might have incurred. If you have received the order and wish to return it, please reach out to us to evaluate the case at hand. We cannot guarantee refunds for products consumed or opened. One of our agents will evaluate the case and provide a resolution. We look forward to helping you.
